Korea is as good as it gets if you're not actually in S. Korea. All his results are super legit and I'm very proud that a non-korean manages to go toe to toe with korean tier 2, 3 and 4 players at the moment. I never thought this moment will ever come. Shame that Bonyth can't play the same amount and that his location actually prevents him from participating in these leagues. Anyways, GGs and WP!

But when registering for foreign tournaments and taking from the already limited prizepools, increasing lag, while barely watching/donating/sponsoring to said events, its ok? To get back on topic, Castermuse runs a great event and deserves more attention than he's getting. There's just so much online high level Korean Starcraft out there though, difficult to stay caught up with everything.

It's even worse than 14CC vs 4pool. That is why 99% Korean players quit immediately when they see lag. Will you play well with your anger always increase by time from lag? In this situation, you have to cheese or do anything to end game asap, although you know your enemy know your strategy. What a fair game? If you never play in 24 TR l Low, lag is not exist with you!

Maybe something others need to work in aswell instead of offering up excuses

No one wants to lose game but why they quit game from lag? Lag is terrible than losing games more times. I see a viewer who said "you need no lag to build a building" to troll. But he's right. Lag makes missclick, and then building or anything actions are not work well.

If 30% or even more of your ladder practice involves lag, then you will have rich experience in playing in a lag environment, and your operational habits and tactical preparation will also be better. Because I practiced in this situation more than 20 years ago, my operations were all practiced according to the environment of the lag. It wasn't until 19 years ago that there was basically no lag. I am very clear about what operating habits should be developed in a lag situation, and also very clear about what tactics need to be prepared in a lag environment.

For example Group A with Motive, Ample, Paralyze and Ruin I would all rank above everyone in all the other groups. We will really get to see what Dewalt has been cooking once the Ro8 starts. But so far, He's played better than his competition and earned this.

TR 24 low is actually a BIG factor and getting anything below TR 20 just saps motivation and the usual micro tactics that these players can pull.

It is true that a bunch of top level micro is impossible at worse turnrates. specifically super all in aggressive players like Miso and Hyun suffer from it because for them winning or losing balances on the smallest margins. macro focused play suffers from it much less. Does not change what I said before. But i do hope foreign additions to tournaments stay within reasonable distance from Korea.

Ruin and Motive to round of 8. Feel like either Ruin, Motive or Scan will win the Tournament. Scan has won one before. Ruin is just overall in good shape. Motive has improved and has been in prior semi-finals.

Motive, Ample, Light and Sharp the four MVPs of niceness in the Korean pro scene. Motive also really improved over the years. Has developed into a good macro player who carefully picks good fights.
